We receive referrals from any concerned person in the community (for example the Person (or via their family/friend), Employers, Insurers/Funders, Treating Health Professionals, Doctors, Unions, Brokers and Solicitors).

We provide assessments and co-ordinate management services in:

  • Workers Compensation insurance
  • CTP – Motor Vehicle Accidents insurance
  • Lifetime Care & Support Scheme
  • Personal Insurance

Our role involves bringing the community together and collaborating to help the Person with their specific needs and graduated return to health, activity and independence.

We clarify the agreed goals in consultation with the involved parties, and integrate activities to facilitate, monitor and drive the return to activity and independence.

Monitoring their patient’s progress in the community or workplace and ensuring that suitable activities are adhered to so that therapy is complemented.

Chiropractor, Exercise Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Psychologist.

Are responsible for providing the active treatment to assist and empower the Person to independently manage their symptoms, help them recover and promote their return to activity.
