For example, we receive referrals from:

What happens when you contact RTW Rehab?
There is no obligation to use our services.
We take the time to listen to your concerns, and answer whatever questions you have.
If you are calling from a mobile number, it is our usual practice to call you back to save you the expense of using your mobile phone.
We return your communication on the same day. For example, when you call Head Office on 1300 680 696 and we miss your call, the phone message you leave is immediately emailed to the Manager to follow through.
When to refer to RTW Rehab ?
We strongly encouraged enquiries immediately following an injury incident. With regards to any injury, the earlier the intervention, the better the outcome. A successful recovery is the result of early identification of common goals and perceived barriers, with regular evaluations of progress and solutions put in place at the right time.
The appropriate and required RTW Rehab services are determined in consultation with the involved parties. If our services cannot help, we will direct you to other services in the Community.
What happens when RTW Rehab receives a referral?
The referral is triaged in consultation with all relevant parties. This allows us to work out together what is needed to best help.
If needed, we then confirm approval from the funding body (e.g. Insurer) for us to provide appropriate services.
Once approved, we arrange to perform the appropriate assessment or perform an initial assessment at a nominated location. During our initial assessment, we discuss the needs and together come up with suitable actions and goals for all parties to work towards.
We work with all necessary parties to ensure smooth continuity of care and ensure they all understand and work towards agreed upon goals achieving closure.
We empower the individuals and their immediate communities with independence so that when we are no longer needed, the individual and community are in a positive state and remain in control of their own health and wellbeing into the future.
